I'm a Computer Science undergraduate at GIKI, building full-stack web applications with a strong focus on backend systems. I have worked on production projects using TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, React, and PostgreSQL, including applications used by more than 200 real users. I'm currently learning Spring Boot while exploring system design, distributed systems, caching, message queues, and high-traffic backend architecture. I'm also focused on helping startups and businesses build custom dashboards, internal tools, and full-stack web applications tailored to their needs.

Database Administration & Software Development Intern

Contour Software

June 2026 - July 2026

Completed a 7-week rotational internship across Database Administration and Software Development, gaining hands-on exposure to database design, indexing, logging, roles and permissions, backups, triggers, locking, Git workflows, and pull requests.
Independently built Roamistan, an immersive virtual tourism platform for Pakistan, from market research and idea validation to UI/UX, frontend, backend, and database development.
Developed the platform using HTML, CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL, including database design, REST APIs, JWT and OAuth 2.0 authentication, and frontend-backend integration.
Built features for virtual destination exploration, bookmarks, location information, map coordinates, and immersive 3D/360 experiences. Designed the platform to also help hotels, museums, travel agencies, and tourism businesses digitally showcase their locations.
Deployed the frontend on Vercel and backend on Render while working within a professional Git workflow and received the Best Presentation Award for Roamistan during the final internship presentation.

Backend Engineer

Developed a system for admins to create tests for selected students by uploading their emails through Excel files from the admin dashboard.
Built the MCQ bank management system, allowing admins to upload questions through Excel files and insert them directly into the database.
Implemented role-based access control for different users and features across the platform.
Developed student analytics including weekly graphs, subject-wise, chapter-wise, and topic-wise performance, along with identification of weakest N topics.
Built an academy-wide leaderboard system based on each student's predicted MDCAT score, allowing students to track their standing across the academy.
Built the complete backend API for MDCATEMY, supporting custom quiz generation, admin-created tests, student analytics, leaderboards, and role-based access.
Built a full-stack web application with TypeScript, Vite, Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL, including database design, REST APIs, and JWT and OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Deployed the frontend on Vercel and backend on Render while working within a professional Git workflow.
